This applied course will focus on the practice of positive psychology coaching, allowing students to consolidate their learning and hone their PPC skills.

Course Details

This applied course will focus on the practice of positive psychology coaching, allowing
students to consolidate their learning and hone their PPC skills.

Students will become adept at incorporating positive psychology within an evidencebased coaching conversation. They will experience using different evidence-based
coaching processes practice to do this, specifically CBC, solution focused and
integrative approaches.

Students will also become familiar with positive psychology tools and practice and learn
how to integrate these in to coaching conversations

Adrienne O’Hare CPsychol, MSc, MPsSI, MCIPD, MSc (MAPPCP), BSc (Psych)

Adrienne is the Founder and Lead Coach of To Be Coaching, based in Dublin. She is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and has Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (distinction) with the University of East London.

Adrienne is a Senior Practitioner with the EMCC and a member of the ICF (accreditation pending).

She has over 20 years of proven experience in delivering coaching, learning, development and human resources solutions in multinational companies, Adrienne has held senior management roles in telecommunications and consulting organizations, including Franklin Covey Europe.

She has been engaged as a coach, mentor, and advisor for executive teams and boards navigating organizational change, in areas ranging from flourishing, leadership, management development, to personal effectiveness, balance, conflict and change management, and team development. Her expertise in and passion for maximizing performance in people and organizations has helped her build and maintain lasting relationships with her clients.
