Meet your instructor

Sanna Välttilä-Wit

Sanna Välttilä-Wit is a mental wellbeing coach who helps professionals develop better stress management skills and greater resilience and reconnect with their meaning and purpose. She is a trilingual coach who works with individuals worldwide.

Sanna holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London. Her dissertation was on Self-Compassion and its relation to Self-Regulation, Grit, and Delay of Gratification. Sanna has noticed, both in her own life and with her clients, that learning to be more Self-Compassionate can deliver transformational results in people’s lives.

Sanna is also a mindfulness and meditation teacher, Mental health First aider, member of the EMCC, and EMCC-accredited coach. Her first degree is in business, and she has over 20 years of experience working in an international corporate environment.
