She has been engaged as a coach, mentor, and advisor for executive teams and boards navigating organizational change, in areas ranging from flourishing, leadership, management development, to personal effectiveness, balance, conflict and change management, and team development. Her expertise in and passion for maximizing performance in people and organizations has helped her build and maintain lasting relationships with her clients, as well as found and run her own training and development business.
