The Certified Applied Positive Psychology Coaching (CAPPC) program is a cutting-edge, science-backed advanced coach training that is the first of its kind to integrate the fields of positive psychology and coaching psychology with the practical application of evidence-based coaching to enhance wellbeing, strengths, potential and performance.

Who this Program is For
The CAPPC pathway is designed for both new and experienced coaches, offering a clear progression toward professional mastery, specialization in applied positive psychology coaching, and ICF credentialing.
Program Structure
The program is delivered fully virtual, through a blend of live (synchronous) and recorded (asynchronous) learning. The full program comprises up to 169.5 training hours, which can typically be completed between 10 to 14 months.

Coaching Essentials
This 40-hour live program develops foundational coaching skills aligned with ICF core competencies and includes mentor coaching.
Prerequisite for those new to coaching or without formal coach training
Level 1 – Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology Coaching
Self-paced five core courses and live mentor coaching over 4-6 months. Achieve a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology Coaching Level 1 and eligibility for ICF ACC credentialing.
Level 2 Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology Coaching (Practicum)
Live advanced training, mentor coaching and business development over 6 months. Achieve a Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology Coaching and a designation as a Certified Applied Positive Psychology Coach (CAPPC), as well as eligibility for ICF PCC credentialing.
The IPPC offers ICF-accredited, evidence-based, advanced training and business development leading to a diploma and designation as a Certified Applied Positive Psychology Coach (CAPPC).
